      Description

As people also noted in the forum, we should invest time in a historical timeline for overclocking based on the HWBOT submission data. A timeline helps newcomers to understand the scene and, as IMOG described it, gives more meaning to the present. In my opinion, we should provide a timeline for:

      - benchmark world records (single, dual, triple, quad, overall where applicable)
      - league #1

I would split this task up into two separate subtasks:

#1 - benchmark record timeline: improve the benchmark overview page with the following information:

--- nice wide logo on top
--- a chart with info on WR evolution (with multi-cpu/gpu filter where applicable) -> come under the Overclocking record overview table, name the section ~ "{application.name} OC History"
--- a table detailing the past world records holding the following information -> under the chart
          ----- user name
          ----- record on (submission date)
----- record time (how long the record stood) -> I would only calculate days, not minutes and seconds. Cut-off should be 00:00 GMT+0.
          ----- score
          ----- hardware
          ----- link to the result

Would you like a quick mockup or is this clear enough?

#2 - league timeline: app historical information on the league pages

List with all #1 over the course of a league, similar to the benchmark record table. Do we have all necessary information in the database, though?

I guess it's best to scope both issues separately, what do you think?
